Custom Massage
My custom massage is an Esalen style massage incorporating techniques from Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, and Thai massage integrated with energy work for a relaxing and nurturing massage experience.
Restorative/ Sports massage
This style massage is more therapeutic and geared towards helping your muscles recover so you can continue to perform at your peak. I use a little firmer pressure and integrate a faster pace massage with trigger point, and Myofascial release, and deep tissue techniques.
Deep Tissue Massage
My deep tissue massage is designed to relieve chronic muscle tension and improve mobility. I use a variety of techniques to target problem areas and help you achieve optimal wellness.
